Hi, new guy to the site. Am trying to shed about 25 lbs. Read Gary Taubes "Good Calories, Bad Calories" and a lot of what he said really made sense so am going to give it a try.
So am going to try and maintain a Low Carb Intake (try and keep it under 30 grams), will see how it goes.
Do a bit or rowing and lifting.
Just went into ketosis today. Will see how I do.
Starting weight 201lbs, on Monday 6/4/12.
