Greetings from the new kid :)
Hello Everyone.
For the longest, I have been debating whether or not to sign up to this forum. But finally, here I am. Just signed up today and I cannot wait to see where this long path is going to take me. I've noticed so many motivating stories and such, and I hope maybe one day I can also do the same for someone else going through similar journey. 
Only recently have I realized that it was "time" to get myself together and flip onto the next chapter in my life.

Ever since I've started working right out of highschool, my weight had changed dramatically due to time differences to eat lunch and dinner (most times my "lunch" was between 3 to 5 pm to take my break) and perhaps the fact my work schedule was jumpy and all over the place. Some days i'd skip breakfast, other days maybe dinner. I am ready to take control of my life, and not let work control it.
I am 22 years old, and have so much ahead of me. Why not be healthy while enjoying my life?
So hope to meet and make new friends. I'm already INSPIRED by this site
