Just a quick introduction
My name is Shellie and Im a 39.9 year old SAHM in New Zealand. We live on a sheep and beef farm and have two beautiful young sons aged 4 and 6.I have just had a pretty unsuccessful experience with Intuitive Eating and after a 4.5 kilo gain have rushed back to the safety of Weight Watchers and point counting, lol.
Im really looking forward to meeting with other sahms around my age with the same diet approach. Having said that, Im looking forward to talking with everybody whos on the path to weight loss and health. Im currently 83kg and working towards 60kg.
