I'm new! Isn't it exciting? I'm really bad with introduction/about me types of things so bear with me.
I'm currently at 276 and I'm only 5 foot 8. I'm 27, married and living in Washington state. I've been married for 6 years to a wonderful guy who's in the military. I'm on a mission to
lose weight,
get healthy and
get knocked up!
(when the hubby gets back on that last note of course)
Today marks
ONE week since the husband has deployed. This is his second deployment and I don't want it to be like that first. I gained 45 pounds when he was gone the first time.
Yikes! I was, I am and I'm sure I'll always be a stress eater unless I change something now.
I've got 9 months before he comes back and I want his jaw to drop when he gets a load of me. I'm not looking for some insanely massive amount of weight loss in that 9 months, but I think it'd be awesome to lose at least 50-60 pounds. That's only about 5-6ish pounds a month. And eventually get down to about 155.
I need help! I need some buddies that are going to be all up in my business telling me "
