Hi All! I am happy to meet everyone. I have been overweight my whole life, but as my next birthday approaches, I realize that I am an adult and need to take control of my life.

It sounds like you own it now - so do it! That is the attitude I have had to take with myself. Yesterday, I was in my mid 30s and now I'm in my mid 50s! So if not now, when?
