Welcome! I also have a 50lb goal. You're right, it is hard at first, but the wonderful ladies/gents here will give you plenty of support on the good days and even more on the bad! Good luck!

Today was day 1. Did pretty darned good if I do say so, except when I was in a hurry and blew soup all over. Note to self: do not use hot water. Yes, I was told, yes I read the directions. Darned work got in the way of my thinking! I made the decision that I don't like what I see in the mirror and the much smaller me wants out! Good luck everyone, we got this!
