Im a mom of 3, two girls ages 6 and 10 and a boy aged 10 months. Im starting a new exercise plan and am really looking for some motivational support. After baby number 3 the weight flew off from breast feeding once I stopped it piled on so quick I didnt fully comprehend how fast until I tried putting on a pair of my favorite jeans and couldnt get them over my butt. I KNOW this will not be easy but I want OU of this chubby body, I want my curves just in smaller doses
LOL I started Jillian Michaels 30 day burn on Saturday to start, I also have her Fat Burner, Metabolism Booster DVD as well. My plan is to start with the 30 day shred and work my way into the Fat Booster. I REALLY REALLY want to do trhe P90X BUT Ive heard mixed reviews, so Ive decided to get the weight off and then use the P90X to tone
Any suggestions, words of motivation, ideas, tips would be greatly appreciated. Take Care
