Default New to 3 Fat Chicks

Hi All!
I guess this is where I tell a little bit about myself. I was thin as a child, played a ton of sports, went off to college and really packed on the pounds. I started watching my calories and putting everything in a food diary with my fitness pal about 7 weeks ago. I've lost about 15 pounds! I have another 100 to go. I joined a gym a few days ago but I was just curious to see what everyone on here does. Does anyone have cheat days?
