Hi There! I figured after lurking about for several weeks that it was time to join!
I have been struggling with my weight since about the age of 12 or so. I just got my first scale in a while today and boy was it disappointing! I haven't weighed myself in about 4 months and in those four months I have gained 20+ lbs. I started an at home job and just haven't been near as active as I used to be.
I've don't really know where to start. For me so many of the healthier and diet food are just not in my budget, even fruits and veggies are beyond expensive in my area and if I end up buying that then its enough to eat for 3 days vs. a week. I have however started to drink a smoothie a day to help with my sweets cravings and it definitely has helped!
I am going to be tracking my weight loss as well as my friends, we are both early 20's so if any of you have any suggestions please feel free to tell me! Also what support groups on here would you recommend?
