I've been reading a lot of the posts on the board and I think it's good that you can come to a place where we can help and motivate each other. I've tried WW a couple of times but the weight has gone back on. Need to lose around 21 lbs and keep it off this time. I want to change my eating habits for life now and not just yo yo.
PENNY ~ 20 lbs is really very doable for this year. I agree that it is good to find a plan that you can stick with long-term. Weight-watchers is good, but you could also try calorie counting. There are forums for both those plans here. Take a look around and just jump in wherever you like ...

Thank you for the welcome. You have lost a lot of weight. You must feel fantastic. I'm going to calorie count I think as I've spent enough on WW in the past.
