Hi! In the past 8 months, I've lost 60 pounds from my all time high weight of 242. I know I may be overshooting my goal weight, but I know for sure I have many more pounds to lose. I just want to stay inspired and motivated, which is difficult when the monotony of kale and treadmill days can get very tiresome

I'm hoping to hear your suggestions on busting out of a rut, and get the continued support that's the cornerstone to any successful endeavor. I'm sure everyone here has their own story of overcoming vending machine addiction.
