Hi I'm Sophie 26, I live in Plymouth with my parnter, and two children. I have decided its now time to lose the baby weight. Before i had my daughter (6 years) I was 8st 6lb, and now I am 10st 10lb. I would like to lose a stone. I have just started the 30 day shred by Jillian Michael's. I must say i'm shocked at how unfit i actually am. I have also started eating heathier, making sure I have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and not eating late at night.
