I'm definitely not new to the dieting game, but I am DETERMINED to make this a lifestyle. I've been there/done that on starvation diets, low carb diets (work fast and great but not maintainable for me), low fat, low cal, what have you. I have figured out that in the end it's all about calorie counting and exercising which is what I am doing, cause I want a lifestyle in which I can indulge and not cut out food groups of what to eat.
My goal weight is thirty pounds less than my current weight which I can definitely do, I hope! The lowest I have ever been in my adult life has been 167, so that is five pounds less than my (known) lowest adult weight. I figure by actually joining this forum, instead of lurking, would be a step in the right direction.
