Hello Everyone.
I am on day 4 of the ideal Protein diet. This is not my first time with a diet but it is my first time with the ideal protein diet. So far so good! I have a history of PCOS which causes me to gain weight and makes it even harder for me to lose it. I just had my son six months ago and would like to get all the baby weight plus some off. The less I weight and healthier I am the better my PCOS is. I am here looking for support as I start this journey again!
