Fun-sized ladies unite! hahaha
I lost the first 10 by limiting the amount of bread and rice I was eating and increasing my water intake. I also started doing the 30 day shred and dancing around the house too.
Then I started eating a lot more candy (replacing one addiction with another) so I am cutting that out now and focusing on drink water and tea as a replacement. I am hoping this works!
