I used to be a regular on this board about 2 years ago. Through hard work and dedication, I lost over 50 lbs...
I'm incredibly embarrassed to admit this, but I've since gained all the weight back.

I had lost 54 lbs., and I stupidly un-did everything I worked so hard for because I fell right back into old, bad habits.
Fortunately, I realized what I was doing to myself and managed to get motivated to lose the weight again. As of Feb. 1st, once again, I weighed 250 lbs. I've been very strict with my diet and calories, and in 6 weeks I've lost 17.4 lbs. So, here I am again - two years older, and 35 lbs. heavier than I was the last time I posted on this board. It feels good to be back on track, and I'm looking forward to continued success!
