hi i wanted to introduce my self i am just now making the much needed choice to start my weight loss journey. i walked into my room half dressed looked into the mirror and wanted to cry i am going to need alot of support. i hate deiting i never never never stick to it.

I am right there with you. I keep restarting my diet start dates but can no longer put off living a healthier lifestyle. My weight keeps creeping up and I was horrified when at the Drs. for a check up the other day I had tipped the 200 mark. I am now officially fat and can't hide the rolls anymore. My best motivation might be to undress in front of a mirror before I eat anything. We have similar weight loss goals. It would be nice to have a Fat Chick buddy to check in with here. Good luck with your goals!

Welcome. Just joined a few days ago myself. I know the feeling about the mirror. I used to try to avoid it all cost(even fully clothed.) Now I look at myself every day to see if anything has changed(so far only my boobs..). Good luck...WE can do this!

i would love to have a buddy to check in with a couple months ago tried with my mother. called her each night to ask how she had done that day and each day she was like i did nothing today but good job trying i doubt it will last. that was absolutely no help and eventually lost my way
