can we have the agave sweetner? I'm so confused about what sugar sweetners I can have with the IP diet? Like, chewing gum or diet soda or that drink...Ice? With all the ones in the store, I'm confused...Anyone can sort this out for me? Thanks....I'm on my ninth day, lost 8 lbs....
