Just wanted to introduce myself a little.
I am a 27 year old mother of 3. My boys are 8 and 6, and my daughter is 4.
I have tried several diets before, and I end up failing out of all of them. Something has changed this time around. I am so fed up with being the way that I am. I am disgusted with myself for letting myself get so big. I hate that I cant do the things that I want to do in my life. I am just done.
So I decided to join this forum because I think I will need the support and also to see some success stories so that my mind will realize that yes losing weight is possible, LOL.
I currently weigh 318 lbs. Started my diet on 3/5/12.
Short term goal is to get under 300 lbs.
Long term goal I would like to be 180 lbs. If I can get there I might change it to 160 lbs. I am only 5'3 tall, so a little weight looks like alot on me.
