I live in London - but am American. So sick of being so unfit. I've been comfort eating off and on my whole life, but especially in 2011. I'm ready to change. My four year old son just told me I had a 'down tummy' (sagging belly).
I'm currently unemployed, desperate for a divorce and clinically depressed! But I've been hitting the gym and listening to Paul McKenna CD and I'm starting to see a difference. I've also just started doing Bikram yoga.
I am not planning to go on a diet, but to work the Paul McKenna thing more conscientiously. I can get very 'extreme' on a diet and it doesn't work for me. I'd rather change the way I think about food. If I stop comfort eating I start to lose weight - I still need to work on portion control though if I really want a sustainable and lasting weight loss.
