Hey everyone.

I am not much on introductions. However, I will answer any question. LOL

I am doing the Belly Fat Cure lifestyle change (I don't "diet"). I also walk on the treadmill daily.......

It is difficult at times....wondering if any ladies are nearby for mutual support.

The Belly Fat Cure is a "diet" by Jorge Cruise. I just choose to not call it a "diet" because those things fail me. I prefer to say that I am changing my life style. I think if I change the way I eat, not restrict what I eat, I will do better.
