i started the water diet 4 days ago, i had one slip up and drank a soda when i shouldnt have but im back on track now. Alot of people dont agree with the diet im on, they believe its dangerous but i can tell you i have done it before and went from 225 to 130 in about 6 months. i put the weight back on slowly after having 5 children over a period of 8 years. i am now currently at 210lbs. my goal is to get back to 130 where i should be. this diet is really hard to stick with, especially when you have a family to cook for and you know you cant eat, but i love the results. i have already lost 4 lbs in 4 days...that 1 lb. a day!! Has anyone else tried the water diet??
