Hi all! I'm new too and really hoping that I can find the motivation and support that I need. I will be starting Jennifer Jolan's 1 day Diet tomorrow. I'm not sure if you know about this plan, but I'm hoping that it does the trick.

Hello. I am new and not sure how to get started. I am starting PUSH tomorrow. Chalene Johnson(TurboJam) has a free 30day challenge. It is more about setting goals and follow through. I got the book at the library and I think it is something I can do. Pretty excited!

hi, thanks for the replies i started the water diet 4 days ago, i had one slip up and drank a soda when i shouldnt have but im back on track now. Alot of people dont agree with the diet im on, they believe its dangerous but i can tell you i have done it before and went from 225 to 130 in about 6 months. i put the weight back on slowly after having 5 children over a period of 8 years. i am now currently at 210lbs. my goal is to get back to 130 where i should be. this diet is really hard to stick with, especially when you have a family to cook for and you know you cant eat, but i love the results. i have already lost 4 lbs in 4 days...that 1 lb. a day!! Has anyone else tried the water diet??

im on the water diet and it is basically like fasting for a certain amount of time. you eat nothing, only drink water....a gallon a day! and you can have a glass or two of seltzer water. alot of people discourage it and say its not healthy but i have done it before and had good results. they also say that you gain it back again once you start eating again but, if you eat the right foods and in appropriate proportions you wont gain it back.i personally like the way i feel after not eating for awhile, its really hard to stick with and i have failed several times but in the end its a really good way to lose weight fast. it works as long as you stick to it. im not here to push this on anyone...this is just my diet of choice. you can google water diet and it will take you to a website that shows you the proper way to prepare for and start a water diet

Hello from Stuttgart Germany :-) I am new to this website as well and have no idea where to even begin. I am use to working out with a buddy but since moving here I have not been able to find one. I could use all of the motivation that I can get right now.
