I've been debating about joining 3FC and decided to just do it after my recent mini-binge. I think I'll do better getting to goal weight with people with heading in the same direction. I do fine losing weight when on plan. ...but eating any dessert just sends me spiraling out of control.
I have to lose about ten pounds, but really should lose about 27 more.
