Default I'm new! I don't know what to do!

Major kudos if you know what movie that's from lol.

Hello all I'm just starting or should I say RE-starting a diet I've been putting off much, much too long. I'm at the point where I know something needs to change. I also have a big vacation coming up in just a few short months which includes a water park and I really want to be able to enjoy that with everyone else and not be uncomfortable.

I'm really here for some support and looking to just keep motivated. What better place to do it, right?

I'm going to be restarting my weight watchers plan I had done before. It was working last time I did it but I had done it with a group of friends and I had got discouraged when they were losing more weight than I was each week. Seems like a stupid reason to stop now looking back on it.

Exercise I'm really stumped on. Controlling what I eat isn't the hard part I just have no idea what to do for exercise.

Hi Lunaflash...welcome.

I started my weight loss only in January. i started walking 4ks every night, slowly at first.
I upped the walk to a brisk walk with my partner (who is now losing weight as well...woohoo) every day.
Went on a low carb high protein diet....(soooo yummy).
Now i've just joined a gym for a month on a free pass thing and am working out on the cardio machines every day.
I was the ultimate couch potatoe before all this.....now i get bored if i haven't got out to exercise..
Find a site you can write down what u eat every day...someone on here recommended 'myplate'. It shows u how much calories u should be eating and counts the ones u eat every day.

Log on here every day for some excellent positive motivation.
