Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Just staying motivated. Anyone who wants to loose serious weight wants results NOW. It took time to gain and it is going to take twice as long to loose. So I have to keep motivating myself to not get discouraged when the loss is slow.
Following any specific plan: Just eating better. I use a calorie counter on my smart phone. It helps me keep track of what I eat so I can make smarter choices.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm not going all "hard core" with strict diet changes. Long weight loss is a life changing. I can't drastically change my eating in one day and be expected to stay with it for long.
Anything else you would like to share with us: Not really. I'm a pretty much a "happy go lucky" person.
