Hello, I am almost 40 and realized I have spent the last 20 years taking care of everyone else and have let myself go. About a month ago I tipped the scale at 304 lbs. I am now at 291. I quit smoking last October, Yay!
I graduate this summer with my associates degree in nursing.. I feel like my life is beginning all over again! I just need more support. I need to talk to people who have been where I am.
Unlike any other time in my life, I am motivated to finally get healthy. I want to live a full exciting life!
I have not lost any weight for the past 2 weeks, so I am very discouraged right now. I am eating the right way, I am just stuck! I have not tried to lose weight since I was in my 20's so maybe its my age.. I dunno. Please help!
