Hello all, my name is Isa. I have struggled with my weigh since I was teenager. A few years ago I lost 40lbs using The South Beach diet and lots of hours in the gym, then in a period of 5 months I gain all of it back.
Last September, I realized that I needed a life change and not a quick fix. Now I'm trying to learn more about clean eating. I want this to work this time, so I'm taking one step at at time.

We have groups centering around specific diet plans such, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
ISA ~ yes, it really is about finding something you can do for the long-term. This is a great place with lots of wonderful people & support who can give you great tips. Look around and jump in wherever you like; and have fun!
