Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and I'm excited to be here. I have recently made the commitment to improve my health. Unfortunately, I waited till my health started to go downhill a bit, but better late than never. I've decided that I'm too young to feel old and run down. I intend for the next phase of my life to be filled with health and well being. I'm happy to have found this community. I've been looking at the different threads and everyone seems so supportive. I look forward to getting to know all of you so we can share in each other's success. Here's to a healthy today and a better tomorrow. mango.
MANGO ~ This IS a very supportive place, with wonderful people who all understand the WL stuggle. We have lots of forums with great ideas, info, plans, recipes, challenges, etc ... just jump in where you feel comfortable!
Mango, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
