I have found this site which looks brilliant and feel it is something I need to hopefully keep me on track.
I done WW before and lost 35lbs but unfortunately have found that again and to be honest feel so horrible and stupid for putting that weight back on as I had not reached my goal weight and am now back to my original starting point.
I have to lose 70lbs so think I will be here for a while but really want to succeed at it this time, not just for myself but also my 2 children.
I am planning to do a low carb diet for the first few weeks.
