I'm new to posting here although I've been "lurking" for quite some time.
I lost 50 pounds in 2011 and am now feeling stuck...still doing really well with food and exercise but the scale is not moving much. Time to look for some support!

Welcome to the forum! Congrats on your 50lb loss, simply amazing!!!
Stalls are a normal process of weight loss and can be very frustrating. Keep your focus, stay on your plan and it will move eventually.
