Hey there everyone,
So i am a returning weightloss individual. I originally weighed 230 lbs. I had lost 80 lbs and was down to a toned and muscular 150. however i have gained a some 30 lbs since losing the wieght and want to get back to where i was. I find the exercise isnt the hard part, for instance i am doing a 10k run next week for charity, i run every day. its the eating that kills me. im firt yr university, between the greasy food and alcohol im just ruining my workouts.
anyways i have joined for some motivation. this time i have learnt my lesson and know that if i dont continue to workout and eat right it will just creep back. hooray to round 2!!

Sword, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
