Default Hi, I'm Sunny!
Hi all,

I just joined this site as I'm looking for support in achieving my weight loss goals. I used to belong to a low carb site, but as I do much better on a lower fat diet where I watch my calories, I no longer visit that site, and I'm glad I found this one.

Anyway, I look forward to getting to know y'all here in the community.

Do a bunch of reading and jump right in. We do indeed have calorie counters who watch fats. I'm sure you find all kinds of support here.

Hi everyone Im val, CW 216 GW160 Im 5'1". yep, all that on that lil frame, but hopefully not for long. Haven't started a diet yet, can't decide what wil lwork for me. If anyone have any suggestions please feel free. Hope to get to know you all well.
