Just signed up hoping that if I can put something in writing and own up to everything I do this may work for me again. I am a past weight watchers person who in the past has lost 85 pounds gaining some back over time and want to lose it again for good this time. I follow the same plan without going to meetings and use my treadmill everyday now for 10-40 minutes depending how much time I can find. So will try to be posting daily. Wish me luck.
Cathi, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the WW forum!
