Hello everyone! I am new to the site and was wondering if there was a place on here where you can log mini-goals like on weight watchers site. I'm looking to lose about 150 lbs, and some days I really can't believe I've let it get this bad. I am just beginning the journey and know it will take time and effort to achieve this goal, but I am so darn excited to feel healthier. For the first time in my life, exercise is a real struggle for me for many physical reasons. I joined because I am mainly looking to make friends who are going through the same struggles to share trials/tricks to hopefully keep me motivated. Can't wait to meet some great people!!!

I'm not familiar with the WW site, so I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean, but there's a forum called "Mini-Goals" under the "Success Stories" category on the main page. I tried posting a link, but my post count isn't high enough to do that yet!

Remi, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the WW sub forum also!
