Default Hello
hi ,
I just joined for support on weight loss and to maybe make some friend's along the way . I gained 75 pounds in a matter of a year I weighed in at 252 and now I am down to 234 give or take a few lol .

Biggirl, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
