I really hope I will be able to lose weight with the help of this website, because I've tried losing weight earlier and I did lose most of it (just before summer holidays), but now school has started again and I've gained all that weight back. And I tried several times to lose weight again, but it just didn't go well.. Everytime I made excuses to myself, and especially because it was Christmas and New Year, I totally let myself go >.<
But now I seriously want to do it and my goal is 110 pounds by summer holidays.
(I am now 137 pounds and 5'4 btw.)

Damiilya, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
Read lots and make yourself at home. Having a supportive and informative place to go a couple of times a day will help you keep your head in the game. We're glad you're here.
