I am 42 years old and determined that this will be the year I get rid of the "excess baggage". I am tired of being tired and joint pain etc. I just want to be healthy and feel and look better.

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 40-somethings!
