Hi all,

Just coming aboard. A friend from WW told me about this forum and I'm interested cause I'm going back to Flex or Momentum. Couldn't lose on the new PP. So I hope to see some of you around and meet new people. Seems like a great board.

I lost 20 pounds in 2005 on WW and gained it back. Now after menopause and having thyroid surgery losing weight has been so difficult for me. I hope this time I can do it, one day at at time, with lots of patience.

Does anyone know how to make those cute tickers at the bottom of your profile to show the pounds lost?

Sitagange , welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the WW and Dieting with Obstacles sub forums for more information. About the tickers, you have to be a member for 20 days and have more than 20 posts to get a ticker.
