Hi everyone! At the beginning of the year I decided that I was tired of the yoyo dieting. Its confidence crushing. I want 2012 to be the year that I lose it & keep it off. I started the year at 210.2 lbs and weighed in at 208.4 at the end of the week. Positive start, right? Well, this weekend has been surprisingly testing (not a success either!) & I feel its because I'm lacking support & motivation. That's where I'm hoping this forum will prove helpful.

I'm so glad you found this wonderful site! There's plenty of support and bot loads of information. Just wanted to welcome you and also to add that commitment is key...because motivation comes and goes.
