Hi everyone! At the beginning of the year I decided that I was tired of the yoyo dieting. Its confidence crushing. I want 2012 to be the year that I lose it & keep it off. I started the year at 210.2 lbs and weighed in at 208.4 at the end of the week. Positive start, right? Well, this weekend has been surprisingly testing (not a success either!) & I feel its because I'm lacking support & motivation. That's where I'm hoping this forum will prove helpful.

LW, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the UK Chicks.
