My name is Sara and I'm a 24 recent college graduate getting ready to apply for graduate school.
I have struggled with my weight for most of my life, but over the past three months I have begun to exercise and I love it. I never knew I could enjoy jogging! I've been doing strength training as well.
I recently joined a small gym with my SO. I have only lost 5-7 lbs. so far but I can tell a huge difference in my body. I believe I have gained quite a bit of muscle but I'm not sure how much. I have lost almost 2 pants sizes and I can tell my arms, legs, and face look much thinner. It seems like I am losing weight more quickly in those places then my waist and hips.
Still, I feel really good about my progress, and signed up on this forum in hopes that ya'lls encouragement could help me speed up this process!!
I recently signed up for fitday.com as well so I can keep track of my eating better.
