Okay. I admit it. I have a hard time committing and sticking to something. I joined 3FC a month or so ago, and was really excited about it, but then quickly fell away. I'm back now, and plan on sticking to me plan to lose my title of 'Obese' and gain a new on of 'Healthy' or at least ' Healthy-er'. I'm looking forward to being able to let you all know about met mini-goals as well as how thing are going for me. Cant wait to hear from you all, and cheer you on as you also meet your mini-goals and ultimate goals, too.

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
