Hope we're all ok! I decided to join this site after catching sight of myself in a mirror recently and although not being horrified, I can't say I jumped for joy. I currently weight 10.5 stone and I want to get down to 8 stone in time for holiday in May, or failing that, for my holiday in September.
I used to weigh nearly 13 stone, and I lost it all to be 9 stone but I have slowly started to put weight back on. Used to be a gym bunny but really fell out of love with it. I can't really afford to join a gym now so I am just hoping that living in a hilly city will be enough.

Toffeeapple, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering arouns specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the UK Chicks for a start.
