Hi there! I'm from the UK, new to the site but not new to dieting! I used to weigh more than 15st, then lost quite a lot. Recently put back on over a stone, so now at 13st 1 lb (183 lbs) and my ultimate goal is to get down to just under 9 st (124 lbs).

2012 is going to be a year of changes in many ways, and my weight will be one of them. I can't wait to be able to get into clothes that I like and suit my personality better. I'm looking forward to getting to know people on here, and hope to stay on track this time.

Jester, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering arouns specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the UK Chicks sub-forum!
