I’m new to the forum world, but I’ve enjoyed reading the success stories and support within 3fc so I decided to join in. My name is Hannah, I’m 20 years old, currently weigh 229, and I’ve stared a low carb diet this past week.
I’ve gained over 50lbs in the last year and I didn’t realize how much weight it was until I couldn’t fit in my jeans anymore or get in my tree stand this past hunting season that was my wake up call. I would love to get my weight down to 180 but just to see 199 would thrill me! I wish everyone the best of luck with their weight loss journey!
Hannah, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering arouns specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 20-Somethings!
