I'm new! Which is why I'm on the introduction page, makes sense. Anyways, about me now, I've been overweight for most of my life and have finally just had enough and started to make changes and lose weight for real. I started in August at 270 and a size 22 and I'm now down to 252 and a size 18. My big goal is 170lbs. I've been working with a nutritionist who is just awesome, I joke she's like going and visiting my own personal cheerleader. Plus she's really taught me how to make healthier choices and eat the right way.
I can't really pinpoint what my turning point was. I think it was going to a doctor and seeing my weight be 274 and realzing I was closing in on 300lbs. It amazes me how even in these short 4 months, so much has changed for my life. I just want to keep going. I'm hoping being on here can keep encouraged and working hard!
