Hey everyone,
My name is Jon and this site was recommended to me by a classmate of mine from college so I wanted to check it out.
I am currently working on my weight loss journey and have a goal set for 40lbs - and wanted to network with other people who have similar goals in hopes that I can learn, share, and make new friends.
I've done a few programs where I ended up falling off the band wagon, went to the gym with a group of friends before they started flaking out, so I wanted to find a new way to hold myself accountable. I decided to do a weekly youtube blog about my weight loss journey, so that way it engages me creatively and also keeps me accountable. If you'd like to check out my first episode I just put it up a few days ago you can find me on youtube by searching "jon on demand the focus" and it'll be the third or fourth hit I believe.
Anywho wish me luck, and I do believe there are some parts of the site I would like to review, recipes and exercise, so I'm going to browse for awhile today.
