Mico-workout
I have found it hard to fit a whole workout into my busy schedule, so instead this morning I started going to the gym for whatever time I could spare, even if it was just 7 minutes like this am.
This may sound lame, but I feel proud that I went and did some PT exercises for my hurt knee.
Then later in the day, I had the opportunity to ice skate which I haven't done in at least 10 years! It was really fun. I think my morning micro-workout got me going on the right foot!
Now I need to take my son and his friend to the pool. If I can get a little more exercise in, then I will be very pleased.
I wish I was warmer, but I guess all this fat is not going to fall off without some sacrifice!
