Hi all

I'm a freshman in college & am just finishing up my first term. I went to boarding school and gained ~20 lbs and lost it over my gap year... then in college I began gaining weight again.
Now I'm being more conscious when I eat & I'm determined to kick the 'Freshman 15' in the butt.
I'm about ~126 now and my goal is to be between 100-116 lbs.
One huge thing is if my pantry is stocked with the correct items--healthy foods, fresh foods, etc.--I am fine, but when it dwindles...I just grab the junk rather than going out & buying more fresh produce. This is my biggest problem!
Other than that, I'm a 19 year old artistc girl living life & having fun.
