Kicking the 'Freshman 15'
Hi all :) I'm a freshman in college & am just finishing up my first term. I went to boarding school and gained ~20 lbs and lost it over my gap year... then in college I began gaining weight again.
Now I'm being more conscious when I eat & I'm determined to kick the 'Freshman 15' in the butt. I'm about ~126 now and my goal is to be between 100-116 lbs. One huge thing is if my pantry is stocked with the correct items--healthy foods, fresh foods, etc.--I am fine, but when it dwindles...I just grab the junk rather than going out & buying more fresh produce. This is my biggest problem! Other than that, I'm a 19 year old artistc girl living life & having fun. :) Nice to meet y'all! |

:welcome: to 3FC's ... you sound like you have things well in hand; there is a forum for younger folks here that you might like to join (ie 20-somethings, and I think there is a teen thread somewhere too). Good Luck with you goals!
